misa14225 Hi thanks for purchasing my homemade mask. I will not be sending it out I am sorry.. I received an email from posh basically stating I can not list my homemade masks - made out of Lilly fabric???. They have a very generic email that states that if it can not be authenticated it can not be sold. Super confused as there are many homemade mask listings made out of diffrent fabrics on posh. Anyway they removed all of the listings I had for the masks. Sorry...

wilkcg03 @hunter_love Great news. I’ll track them through the Posh app and accept them upon receipt. My understanding is that when I do that, payment is released to you through Posh. I’ve never experienced an issue with the system before. Thanks.

hunter_love so I sent the package with the post office shipping label. The post office said the mobile label wouldn’t work so I don’t know if that’s gonna interact with posh. Hopefully it doesn’t ! Do you think there would be any problems?

hunter_love hey by the way this my first time using this website and I didn’t know that there was a specific shipping label through this app. I contacted support center hopefully they answer me soon! If not, then I guess we wouldn’t have a transaction and if you do receive them I would like for them to be shipped back because of not having payment and due to the incorrect shipping label. I’m sorry for the Inconvenience. Thanks

wilkcg03 @alexalai I’ve never had an issue with the Posh app and always accept shipments when they arrive. I suggest you contact Post customer service; they are responsive. The way the platform is set up there should be no direct contact regarding payment. Happy Poshing!
