carolynconst340 @redliprally I called and actually spoke to someone in the post office and what I think happened is Poshmark might have sent out a weird label or the post office may have scanned the code incorrectly. I have no idea if it helped to call and put in a claim because it seemed like it was a lost cause at the time. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But I am glad it is on the way!
