erikasclosets Hi happy to answer any of your questions. I think you can change your name of what we see on the screen if not then create a new profile. Not sure what "comments don't transfer" means. I do NOT haggle on price in comments section. If they try (many poshers want huge discount, hold you line! it will sell eventually) just have them put item in a bundle. You can chat back and forth there privately. List high because over time you will drop your price during closet clearout (Fridays and sundays)

erikasclosets Follow, share as much as possible to build your audience. Always share your listings at the end of evening party (7pm pacific standard time for 2 hours). Make sure the find on GOOGLE is selected so search engine sees your listings. Tag your listing in description. FOLLOW the new poshers and new closets they tend to be very good customers. Always take photos of your shipment with the ship label for evidence of condition (front back label with ship label in photo three photos per piece).

erikasclosets When I ship I wrap in tissue with curly ribbon and include a thank you card. People LOVE that level of customer service great for 5 Star reviews. Try to get poshmark ambassador status as soon as possible. It took me 3.5 months from date of start and I attacked my stats up daily. Good photos sell your listing. Photograph items with white background or erase background. Always take photo of label. Measure total length, shoulder, sleeve, waist, inseam, rise, leg opening (if pants).

erikasclosets I describe care, material, measurements, anything specific like type of pocket, tie front, so familiarize yourself with clothing vocabulary. If made in US or Italy MORE valuable than PRC. Vintage is HOT right now so make sure to put VTG in the title and vintage (generally over 15/20 years old). Read fashion magazines for hints on what is ON TREND and give suggestions for pairing at end of listing if room.

erikasclosets Can get cheap ribbon/tissue paper/cards at Dollar stores. Poshmark keeps stats but keep your own excel spreadsheet data base to track sales, costs, mileage to Post office all tax deductible expenses, cost of shipping material, paper, photocopying, what bought at, what sold at. Will help you at end of year to see what your profit/loss was. I tally every month.
