lesden13 Hi Carolyn. I wanted to make sure you saw my comment on the heart bracelet you made an offer on. Category and photos show correctly as a Brighton bracelet but the first description says "necklace". Please let me know if you were aware it was a bracelet and if you still want it. 😊 Thank you.

htf20mjhhflo Hi! If you bought the black wallet this morning, just letting you know it is not authentic. It is a REPLICA. That same closet was up yesterday and Poshmart shut it down. Scammer put it back up this morning. Pls report all replicas so Poshmart can shut these illegal closets down faster. They cat shut down our closets if we purchase.

htf20mjhhflo @carolynfoste424 You’re not the first … every day these scammers are getting peoples $ and telling them they are authentic. Go to “My Purchases” then click on the item. There’s a place toward the bottom that you can either make a report or cancel the transaction. Either way, take a picture of your purchase page and send Poshmart Support an email telling them you were scammed and want to cancel & get your $ back

htf20mjhhflo @carolynfoste424 Did you look at your Balance? Do you see any money pending out of your account? If not, Poshmart isn’t holding your money cause they’ve canceled the transaction already. But still good you sent email. I hate these scammers and they are flooding PM. I send an email about their system not being effective but guess they don’t care cause nothing changes. The problem just gets worse. I know your anger because it also happened to me. I’m sorry!

htf20mjhhflo @carolynfoste424 Unfortunately we have 2 b paranoid.If u buy a high-end item & it’s brand new, under $500, probably a fake.Just like this scammer, on their previous listing of the same I asked them 2 show serial number & they didn’t.If you r ignored & not answered, another clue.If u pay $500 or more the item goes 2 PM 2 b authenticated before it goes 2u.That way if it’s fake ur protected & get ur $ back.There r high end items out there under $500, they r used & worn.Honest sellers give all info

htf20mjhhflo @carolynfoste424 You will, they will credit your money back.It hasn’t been shipped yet and you certainly haven’t accepted it so pleading your case and proof of it being a scam closet, you will get refunded.
