summertimevtg @tanya_crts I haven't heard of that before. I wouldn't be able to do anything about the purchasing process because Poshmark handles all of that. I would suggest contacting Poshmark Support Center. On the app you can click on your profile on the bottom right. Then scroll all the way to the bottom and click Poshmark Support Center.
