capri_solo Hi @carolyneabbey , I'm having the same issue as the seller above^^ It may be due to Posh switching to Purolator. The message I'm getting is about an error with the address. Could you check to see if something needs to be updated? I've heard others say they've made a change and it worked (eg. changing boul. to Boulevard). I've also emailed Posh support to see what they suggest!

capri_solo @carolyneabbey Right! Most likely because some people are having issues with Puroltor and Posh wants users to have a happy & streamlined experience. If anything we can cancel your order and have you repurchase using CP, but I'd rather you get the cheaper Puro rate :)

Our shipping label system is currently experiencing delays as our team investigates the issue. Once the issue is resolved, your shipping label will automatically be sent to your email and will also be available to download; no action is required on your part."
