sh0rtydu0p @icbinbutta Hi, I just received your rating & am truly very saddened by it! I have a 5 star rating from 15+ purchasers - I am honest & fair. I swear I NEVER WORE the item, as my pictures show. In fact, the price tag was still attached to the boot's sole, so that was impossible. The light, tan-colored bottom sole shows no dirt or physical wear. The soft suede is in perfect condition, the laces never touched, & the boots still had the original cardboard/tissue paper/box (never even tried them on).

sh0rtydu0p @icbinbutta If there was a tiny, natural discoloration somewhere, that's not unheard of w/natural color shoes, but I took pics. I wish you would've contacted me directly w/an issue (you know I answer ASAP), but you're entitled to post your opinion. I let these go for $15 net to me, which I believe is fair for these nice condition, knee-high boots w/tags on them.

icbinbutta @sh0rtydu0p I wanna thank you again for the cute and comfy boots I recently purchased from you and yes you have pics of the boot but none of your pics shows the back of boot where they are discolored from jeans apparently I have plenty of shoes I have worn that I still have my tissue paper in and or cardboard in them and they look as though they never been wore but they have been worn;

ilfemmefashion Hi hun I hope all is well.I shipped out your package last week&have yet to receive any tracking info.I contacted the post office&they never scanned the package in,causing them to"misplace"it.They informed me that they will search the facility.Which is extremely unorganized so idk how long that will take so I'm going to have to just resend everything to you. I've never experienced this before and I do apologize on their behalf
