closetencounter Hi, your coat had to go through the authenticity process at the Poshmark Distribution Center. It’s for your protection when buying designer goods. So very sorry for the delay.

carlosboyd @closetencounter If that’s the case I understand but no one was informing me I thought my item was delivered to the wrong address it was very confusing and very annoying experience

closetencounter @carlosboyd I apologize for your inconvenience. I have sent a message to Poshmark. I highly recommend that you do the same. I totally concur with you 💯 percent. They must inform the client with the process by email when Luxury/designer items are purchased.

carlosboyd @closetencounter I’m just not buying anything here again , I had to call Amex cause I thought they delivered my coat to the wrong address they sent me a email saying it was delivered to another address I thought I was going to get charged for the coat but I never got the coat so I called American Express to protect myself but then once I got the coat I called them back and tell them to allow the charge to go through
