cynamoms_closet Hi Carrie I saw that you filed a return for the bebe purse because there was not a zip pull when I originally bought this purse on here I didn’t even think twice about it because that’s how I purchased it!!! I wish you would’ve contacted me because I would’ve been more than happy to try to resolve it!! actually had gone out today and purchased three different types of adorable polls to ship you at no extra charge

cynamoms_closet because I’m a single mom of two children... I work two jobs as well as I do cleaning jobs and I don’t get child support so selling on here helps pay the electricity water food gas for the car etc.. I was counting on that for our electric bill! When I listed it I never thought it was a problem because I bought this purse on Poshmark and never used it! I

gigisoclife Hi Cynthia~I tried several times & the app wouldn’t allow me to contact you directly, only file a claim. I thought the purse was darling & in excellent condition other than the missing tassel zipper pull, that makes the purse. Without it unfortunately it’s hard to open & close it. Look at the other BeBe heart purses & you’ll see what I’m talking about. I returned it this morning. I would have gladly worked something out with you if the app had allowed me to contact you directly.

scorpio16123 Hello Carrie, I see you were disappointed on the shoes, shipping, packaging and everything else. If that was the case you were more than welcome to returning them... I dont think I misled anything as those shoes were worn once by my daughter and were in the closet ever since. But thank you for your rating appreciate it. Have a bless one! ❤
