arkelso I finally got to open my packages last night after being so anxious to see the dress & anticipating it's arrival to then not even have a chance to open it because I've been non stop taking care of my little boy; he's been sick for two weeks- starting Monday of week before last the dr diagnosed him w croup so a steroid it was & lets just say my son & steroids makes a nightmare combo, he goes out right crazy,

arkelso nothing you do for him is right, he doesn't sleep well, he's just a totally different child, oh my lands I was exhausted by the end of it or what I thought was the end...well what do you know, I take him in again this past Wednesday bc he still had a bit of a cough, tons of sinus stuff & couldn't seem to get back to 100% normal

arkelso welllllll he now has an ear infection not just one ear but both ears are, when our pediatrician looked at them she says oh wow they're bad, right up there in the top 10 of the worse I've seen...😥....poor kiddo. I feel terrible for him, he has had such a rough two weeks, he's on antibiotics now so hopefully we're on the up & up for a while

Anyway back the dress.....I know it's NWT however there's a hole at the neckline about half an inch below the point where it comes to the "V" if that makes since at all, it's not gigantic but it's not small like a pinhead size either, I wouldn't have even bothered contacting you about it if we're so tiny, I would have just taken as is

I think Posh rules are once a purchase is finalized it's done. But let me read the fine print. But in the meantime can you post the pic of the hole. I'm curious to see how big it is because I can't believe I didn't see it.😐

keeklue Ok...after reading the buyer Posh rules, a buyer has 3 days to accept a purchase. I didn't knowingly misrepresent the dress but that's what the 3 days for acceptance of the item is for, to make sure you have time to examine the item. I apologize for not seeing the hole. I've purchased and sold on Posh for quite some time now and have always been given good responses due to my extensive, accurate descriptions of the items. At this point there's nothing I can do. I apologize. @arkelso

arkelso , which even if I had it wouldn't have dawned on me being exhausted after 2 weeks of having a sick little one & not getting any sleep myself. I didn't even unpackaged until late in the night on that 3rd day I believe. I will post pics in the morning just so you can see...I'm in bed using my iPad,nthe pics are on my phone charging in the kitchen or I would post them now.
