jennybeanmai Carrie, thank you for purchasing the kids Birkenstocks from me. I’m so sorry about the communication- I just figured out I could message you. I mailed them on Friday at 2pm EST. Your package was not scanned by USPS for some reason, sent an email to Poshmark and also double checked with USPS to make sure the package was gone from the office. It was shipped by never scanned. Will you please let me know if and when you get it? So sorry for the trouble!

tiffanydiannex Horrible.. Can’t even ship out items that are purchased in a TIMELY manner.. had to cancel my order after being told my item would be shipped nearly a week after purchasing. “Too busy” to ship out items, you shouldn’t be selling them, then! Don’t say you’re going to do something and then don’t, it’s not professional. It doesn’t take long to slap a label on a box and drop it in the mail. Pure laziness. Def recommend purchasing elsewhere if you’re considering buying from this closet!
