moodtherapy Hi Carrie, I’m sorry you were not happy w your purchase. It states very clearly in every single listing of ours that all our jewelry is handmade to order which takes between 1-7 days for fabrication time. Since you purchased on late November 27th & you already have it delivered I’m (less than a week after purchase) unsure what you are so unhappy with.
