pvalentini Hi. I just read your rating on the striped bag and I feel really awful. I bought the bag from a consignment store where it was sold as new. I failed you. I didnt check the bag. I had received horrible family news recently and my mind wasnt focused and Im deeply sorry. What can I dio to make you happy? Refund half of the purchase price? Pay all shipping fees for a complete return? Send you a neclace as a gift? Again Im truly sorry. Please let me know.
