j9hw @carrietut I am a newbie to Poshmark since last weekend so not sure how to do some things yet, like put five things together and post. Still figuring it out. Hope you enjoy the bag - one of my first Tory purchases a few years ago. If I don't use something in a year- clothes, bags etc., it's out of the closet! All the best! Janine

kandranewell @carrietut go back to the page where you accepted the shipment. Under the button you pushed to accept the package there is button when there is a problem. Push the ‘problem’ button and explain that you accepted the package before inspecting the contents. This should alert them that there is a problem and a refund is necessary. I want to tell you how sorry I am. This taught me a lesson about slowing down and inspecting the clothing more closely.

kandranewell @carrietut it’s the least I could do! I’m embarrassed! I’ve gotten some smelly stuff too so I always bag and seal my garments after I list them. As for the west-that I missed completely. Thank you for being gracious about the situation.
