Genuinely. 💜 What’s the struggle Bc I changed my swim look this summer to Roxy and a few others amaze 2” board shorts and Athleta key hole high neck tops so I have tons of adorable Joe Fresh traditional bikinis rarely ever worn since I live in NYC. I never thought abt listing swimwear. Is it a size struggle Bc they’re small and I been there on both ends and each sucks:( Cover up comin’ right up tho lolz😂

brooksy811 @cshimkusetter Hey Carrie! I just had a nitemare at the post office. I packaged ur stuff up pristine and filled the box and when I got there it was .5oz over the even more shipping so I had to repack it at the PO Bc luckily they had a smaller box so the tape/box outside mite be messy but the bag is still all wrapped up perfect and the shirt tissue/bubble wrapped inside the bag’s laptop sleeve. Ack😰😰😰 But it’s all good in the end. I hope u enjoy everything!!! ❌⭕️❌⭕️

cshimkusetter @brooksy811 Poshmark won't let me arrange a return since I've accepted the order. They won't let me edit that. I understand that you don't agree about the condition. I can send you pictures if you like. It doesn't look like sun discoloration, it looks like the dirt that bags collect when brushing up against surfaces during use. There's also wear and tear on some edges. And the laptop sleeve has dirt and debris in it.

cshimkusetter @brooksy811 I appreciate your suggestion for febreze and detergent, but my baby and I are very sensitize to the fragrances in those products, so we cannot use those without risking rashes (for her and me) and headaches (for me). I do not like to complain, and I would just be so happy with it, except I bought it to use as a diaper bag backpack for my baby and I was expecting it to be in new condition.

cshimkusetter @brooksy811 Also, I know Poshmark takes a cut from you, but I still paid over $51 for it. It's a lot of $ to me, and I just wanted it as described. I can buy a new one from Amazon for $74.99, including shipping. There are many used ones at various prices on poshmark. I think $51 was a fair price for a nwot bag, especially since there's no warranty for the owner if you're not the first owner.

cshimkusetter @brooksy811 But, I honestly wouldn't have purchased a gently used bag at this price. I can get other colors of this same bag on Amazon for $45-$55. So, I thought hey, I'll give up the warranty to get the bag in another color at the same price as a the other colors of new bags, still in new condition. NWOT means it's in new condition, by definition. This bag is not in new condition.

I would not feel right keeping the pretty shirt, so I would send it back with your backpack. I truly did enjoy chatting with you, and I don't want to stir up trouble. But, with the wear and tear and the odor, the bag isn't usable for what I intended.

I want u to get what u thought. I bought “white” and black checkered Chucks that were yellowed and the seller says no they’re off-white/cream but I said u said white and picked white and Posh sided with her. It was bogus. I wld never want someone else to have that happen to them, to u in this case. All good 😊

brooksy811 @cshimkusetter ^... check specs on Heritage so u know exactly what ur getting😉 I mixed them u at first myself😂 I have a mid volume w/o all bells & whistles of PQ and I use it every single day happily:) Unless u actually carry a laptop in it, g for fleece/padded. If not, and maybe just an iPad, Heritage no fleece/padding is more than sufficient and saves u $$$👌🏻💯

I’m super sorry. Unless u are not planning to use the bag almost ever, it will wear/ get way dirty very quickly so it’s ur choice. brooksy811 Cont... I’m so super sorry. I tried and I didn’t mean to mislead u. The bag looked seemingly great but I didn’t inspect every inch. There was not one mark on the Chambray at least as far as I can recall and the inside is literally brand new spotless. Was it the leather bottom? That’ll be prone to marks and creases. What wld u like to do? I’d like to help. A lot of sellers wouldn’t care. I do. Lmk what u want to do.

brooksy811 @cshimkusetter So I do smoke on occasion but NEVER in my house. So that bag hasn’t been near any form of smoke if ever in a year+ truth so that is shocking to hear/kinda spooky. Are u sure before headache of return and all this u don’t wanna at least try febreeze with gain spray? I spray it on myself/shirt/hat, etc. outside from mini bottles after smoke or I use big Lysol Type “Fw/G” and spray on my clothes inside and both ways the smell is totally 100% gone.👇🏻

brooksy811 @cshimkusetter cont... I legit have never ever even lit incense in my home nor do I let others smoke/light even candles in my home so it is a smoke free home. I never spray the Herschel I use around smoke tho and it doesn’t smell. At least to me. But I understand being sensitive to odors. I won’t use Purcell/soaps/lotions unless they are completely unscented.

brooksy811 I wld suggest dry cleaning. U’d have to go to a great dry cleaner tho and make sure it’s ok. I wld assume yes on Chambray fabric but IDK abt leather but ppl get things dry cleaned that have leather on them at least I think. Idk abt fur? But I know u can dry clean a shearling coat. Pretty sure at least.

The snapbacks that are NWOT pristine never worn all got 5 star reviews and those are fabric hats I kept on a shelf uncovered in my living room. The bag was in uncovered in bedroom but agin all rooms/entire Home is smoke-free.

brooksy811 I posted a pic on the tank top listing of the correct febreeze with gain. Check it out Bc that is the only scent and the of spray that applies. Try it. Spray approx. 6 inches away liberally/all over so it soaks it in bu doesn’t wet it. Air dry. Repeat: Then...if not, Ask a dry cleaner if it is safe and wld work. Def do not wash it or it will get ruined and I won’t accept the return.👇🏻

I’ve shown that but it’s a bit exhausting and my (young) mother is very ill with chronic stage 4 GIC that almost took her life in 3 weeks last summer legit when she seemed perfect a week before so I have limited time. Posh is a huge undertaking as a seller. Pics, listings, sharing, following, packaging, USPS runs. I’m burnt. U had 3 days to inspect so if the smell is the only drawback, try those two options first. If not, we can do return w/Amazon GC. OK?

brooksy811 My last option to u is if u like the plaid one (that just came from Amazon 2-3 days ago so none of the problems u cite), then buy it at $50 flat Bc it’s more $/has 2 big compartments & then when u get it, u can “return it” (ask on listing if u can return if u don’t like it and I’ll say yes for Posh record) but actually put the Chambray one back in the box/send that back to me. My Mom is terminal so I appreciate it but there’s no “getting well”. That’s my final thought. Lmk.
