pvolitans @gatorcarrie what I mean is the last time someone bought a more expensive novelty bag from me, they stole a charm that came with the bag in order to return for “not being as described.” I don’t know if they had buyer’s remorse or what, but they essentially stole from me and posh didn’t back me up. I just don’t want the same thing to happen again.
