Hi there! So glad you received the Lulus dress, it’s gorgeous! I saw you rated four stars and noted that the item was not clean? The dress was worn once for a wedding and then dry cleaned- only taken out of plastic for photos and then put in an inventory bag. I inspected the item during photographs and everything looked good. Let me know if there is anything I can do to fix this for you. Thank you.
