donnastanton144 Hi Carrie- hope you are well!! I received my item today (owl cup with hot cocoa) and it was broken in many pieces. The box was not damaged. It was order number 639f6de12b55c43c33e4437d. How do I get a new shipment and/or full refund.Thanks so very much!

I never figured out how to send a picture to you but if you go to my account I did put a picture up of the broken mug. Please let me know when you see it!
