gypsylala77 hi. I purchased your American Eagle hoodie and it's not like the picture. It has tears on the pocket area, missing the drawstrings and has rips on both sides of where the drawstrings go. you also have sleeves covering the pocket area in the picture so the tears are not shown. I would like a refund and send it back or a discount. it looks like it's been roughly worn and not in excellent condition.

carrieh116 @gypsylala77 - sweatshirt is distressed. Was purchased that way. Was my daughters so I did not check it out. If you are unhappy with it absolutely return it. Sorry it was not what you expected. Not intentional at all.
