the_charm_chest @c_bordage The box protects the items all together, but if you don’t want the box ..no worries I’ll mail it without the box. My only concern is the highlighters breaking via shipping and that could ruin the clothes. I’d rather send the highlighters within their original packaging just to be on the safe side.

the_charm_chest @c_bordage The shipping label is generated upon purchase. I don’t think it would be accepted at the post office if I edited the address..

the_charm_chest @c_bordage I can hold it for a few days if you want to contact Poshmark support to see if they will generate a new shipping label for the correct address. I’m sorry I don’t know what you mean by holding by courier ?

c_bordage @natalieamini is this being sent by Canada post or purulator.. Canada post delivers to a postal box.. (mailing address) couriers diligent to my physical address

the_charm_chest @c_bordage With the Purolator shipping on Poshmark available with the new update- there are two shipping options, one for home delivery and one to pick up at a nearest Purolator store location. With Canada post on Poshmark, it’s home delivery only

the_charm_chest @c_bordage Yes of course, I can hold on to it but I’m not sure what we do next.. It’s best if we contact poshmark support to explain the shipping /address issue. I can definitely hold it till the time they take to answer the help/support query.

the_charm_chest @c_bordage I’ve just checked the shipping label that Poshmark generated. It says Purolator on the shipping label. It shows an address (which for privacy reasons I don’t want to repeat here) but I’m not sure if that’s your personal address or the Purolator store.

I’m sorry to be blunt but I’m a bit confused now as I thought you meant in your above messages that you wanted the shipment to be delivered by Canada post rather than Purolator. I need to be very clear with Poshmark support when I explain the issue. Thank you

the_charm_chest @c_bordage I understand what you mean by holding for a few days if sent by courier. I don’t mind holding it for a few days before posting ..if this resolves the issue? Let me know if you are more comfortable with this option. If I contact poshmark support to explain that you want to change the shipping address and or the company that ships it, I don’t know how they will resolve it .. bu cancelling the order and then repurchasing with a different shipping cost.
