vandraganos Hey Carrie, I sent your candle out today. This was my first time selling something and everything got complicated at the post office. I put fragile stickers on your box and the post lady charged me extra and put a different label on top of the poshmark label. 🤦‍♀️ So now I don't know what is going to happen but your new label tracking # is 9505 5143 4401 0366 1281 53 What a mess. But I hope you love your candle! 💗

bluelynn19 @vandraganos That is crazy! They should never ever charge extra for fragile! Next time though to avoid being charged extra try shipping in bubble wrap and a plastic bag. That's what I do and it works great. I'm sorry things were so complicated for you. Hopefully it gets better as you sell. Happy New Year!

vandraganos @bluelynn19 I'm not sure, I've never actually used it but you could call your post office and ask them. It just makes me mad because I paid $16 for the fragile stickers and extra care. your package was suppose to be handled separately from normal mail as it was glass. I can send you a pic of the receipt if needed.

bluelynn19 @vandraganos I don't know either. I'll contact the post office today but I'm not surprised a chunk of the jar broke off mainly because the post office sucks! lol! If you could send me the receipt just in case I need it that would be great. In the meantime I'll accept the order so you can get paid. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't do much about it though. I know it angers you and it angers me too but this might be one of those times where it's lesson learned and move on unfortunately
