goodfindthrift Hello! I could not figure out how to privately message you after learning that you were dissatisfied with the length of the straps on the item I sold to you. I researched the articles about this and if you want to pursue a return, you should initiate the process, perhaps under the heading of "wrong item" since it was not what you expected.
