I shipped it on the 16th.. Maybe you should put a report in with posh.. Cause it shows I sent it and all the post offices it's been to lol. I don't know what else to do on my end 😔

I contacted them, I'm sure they will resolve it. We just have to sit back and wait. I have sent over 50 things on posh and never had this happen yet. Thanks for being cool about it. I'm sure it will all work out. :)

@carriganh, you are quite possibly the worst buyer I've ever dealt with. You give me a 2-star rating on nice packaging I put my heart and soul into? It took you a MONTH to even accept your order! Foundation and beauty blender that you got for next to nothing btw.

@carriganh when. I sent it out, the box was totally fine, otherwise i definitely would've checked with you beforehand and let you know. It must've happened in transit. I do apologize for that and for blowing up at you, it was just extremely frustrating to receive a rating that brought my stats down and I had no idea why. Had I known, I would've contacted Posh or the post office

@carriganh it's definitely unfair for you to pay that much for shipping and receive a damaged box that was perfectly fine the day i mailed it. I'm sorry again for being rude, and the misunderstanding and inconvenience the damage caused you. Please know that's not a typical reflection of my products, and besides the packaging I hope you liked the foundation and blender☺
