As a seller yourself, I'm sure you can understand it's frustrating on both ends, & this issue is in the hands of USPS for not getting it to you (as it was clearly sent & trackable), & Poshmark for charging you nonetheless. I hope you consider changing your rating, since this is out of my hands. Hoping it still turns up for you.
