@ripplethings I tried to get a hold of you for days ,but there was no other way to reach you. I sent you a message. I will gladly take down the rating, but I wanted you to know what had happened. I don't even need the refund because I didn't think you knew that the clogs were faulty. Cary

Hi, I really appreciate your understanding, you are right- I would never knowingly sell a defective item. I still feel you deserve some compensation.... I’ll wait to hear back and see what the support people say.

Hi Cary, support says there’s nothing they can do, however I would be happy to give a 20% discount on anything in my closet (now or future)up to $200. I did some research and learned this is a problem with Danskos. I have a 20yr old pair of Danskos & they are still in great shape so I had a lot of confidence. I’m glad to be aware of this issue, will be thoroughly checking all preowned shoes from now on. I hope you find this satisfactory, again I do appreciate your understanding. Fiona

Thanks for the discount!!Please I can easily give a great service review. It was great. FYI, my husband say that if you store crepe rubber soled shoes with others, the solvents in sole on crepe soles will destroy you other shoes. So, Keep them apart. Just a heads up. Yes, I have never had this kind of problem with any other danskos I have ever owned either. I mean, who knew?
