mauimamajes @ glenncoco23 aloha! I just wanted to check in and apologize for the delay - normally I would have sent these out to you immediately! However we moved recently and I put all of my "Posh" items into their own bin for storage which is where the Vans moccasins should have been but I cannot find them! That said I need to do a little more searching as I may have out-stashed myself. If you're able to wait I will look a bit more and try to locate them for you and will let you know either way asap!

mauimamajes Hi @glenncoco23 - I'm so sorry I thought that this had already been resolved a while back! I've never had this issue before and so tried to communicate clearly and handle it properly but I may have missed something along the way? I messaged you on Nov.1 when I was first aware that I couldn't locate the item after a recent move. Then I sent a follow up message after receiving PoshMark's reminder to ship - letting you know that I still couldn't locate the shoes and was going to cancel the order..

Anyway in that last message I noted the cancellation as I didn't want to keep you waiting but also said I would let you know if I located them and would see if you were still interested at that time. I don't see that message in our chain here and feel that it was part of the cancellation process but perhaps you never received that one? I apologize again for any inconvenience and for my confusion with the cancellation process/messages!

mauimamajes @glenncoco23 absolutely! I had a designated "posh" bin with all of my items to sell when I was moving and I was certain they were they but alas they were not! Much of my things are currently in storage so I will continue looking as I go through everything and will definitely let you know if I find them :) Thanks for your patience and understanding!

aliciakelly3 If you’re that unsatisfied with the purse, please return it. I’m sorry you felt the packaging was disrespectful— I store my purses inside each other so it did not occur to me that it being shipped that way (two days) would be considered disrespectful to someone. I will happily accept your return since you’re unsatisfied with the purse.

aliciakelly3 @glenncoco23 it doesn’t seem like you are happy at all with the bad rating that seems to keep going down. Like I said, I store my purses in each other, folded and they never come out creased so I didn’t think sending it that way would do anything. I’ve reached out to posh so if you’d like to return it, you can. You first provided a 4 star with the improvements written out... then moved to 3 star and called it disrespectful. A 3 star rating indicates, in my mind, you’re unsatisfied.

Thank you for the gorgeous purse, it’s definitely something I have been looking for for a long time. The shipping needs improvement. If I would have known it would be sent like that I would have paid more for shipping. Have a great day.
