kathie1970 Dear Casey. I has to put that the sunglasses were not delivered. It says they were but I did not receive them. The package with the Columbia jacket was turn open when I got it so if u out it in there then it must have fallen out or was stolen. Was it sent in a different package?

kathie1970 I am sorry for the errors on my texting. I was so upset that the postal people probably stole the sunglasses that I was in a hurry. I meant the package was torn open when it arrived. I should have taken a picture but I just assumed the jacket was the only item inside. Did u sent the sunglasses separately?

kathie1970 Casey, I think I know the problem, the package that was delivered today says it was the Chanel sunglasses #940551089935916517840but actually the the Columbia jacket. The other package is still in transit and is to be delivered tomorrow but the email says it's the Columbia jacket but is the Chanel sunglasses tracking # 9405510899359165482362. So when it said the sunglasses were delivered then I was confused and noted they were not delivered. Boy this is confusing. I will try to correct this.

caseycolleen Kathie,What happened is I probably used the wrong mailing printout on the wrong package. Meaning I inadvertently put the glasses usps postage label on the jacket. My apologies for the confusion! It's not uncommon that on this app you will get. Notification saying the item was delivered but you haven't gotten it yet. Because what prompts your message is confirmation that your assigned Post Office has received it.

caseycolleen Not that you in fact have it, that can take a P.O. A couple days to get everything to you. You should get it today or tomorrow. If you are really worried you could go to your post office and picking it up if it's not in courier route.
