holmslice333 @riyaseifert you listed it is as only being worn once and no stains, but it is stained lol, the truth has already been brought to light. No need to take offense it's not a big deal I just didn't pay $30 for a stained item.

riyaseifert @holmslice333 I’m not taking offense. I was not even slightly aware that it’s stained. Had I known, I wouldn’t have sold it. She has two of dresses of this brand. She wore them once and we stored it nicely in its original box when we moved from Las Vegas to Sacramento. I pulled it from the bin; looked at it and then packed it. I didn’t notice anything wrong with it.

holmslice333 @riyaseifert I uploaded pictures, there is a very noticeable stain on the underwear (looks like white/yellowish paint) and a bit more of a faint stain on the back left of the dress. I'm not trying to misrepresent or embellish anything, the truth is the dress is stained and I was not expecting it, had I been expecting a stained dress I wouldn't of made an offer.

riyaseifert @holmslice333 I don’t know where the error could be; I would suspect maybe in transit. I don’t know. But I know I’d like to make it up to you as a client. I take customer service seriously, and I’m open to have you return it, then maybe you can choose something else from my closet, and I could give you a special discount to make it up to you. I am horrified by this turnout since I have always been true to all my descriptions and have had a good reputation since I joined Poshmark. Thank you.
