The scarf you tucked into the package will help me style them! I've been in Clt for 16 yrs. Never thought this is where I would be, but I can't complain. @kssnnikkel Hi! I went to package up your item and saw what I thought was a black marker line, I figured it’d be easy enough to remove for you before shipping. I took a tiny bit of nail polish remover to the “marker” only to have the paint come off the side! What I thought was a marker line was actually a scratch with the black showing through! I can cancel this sale for you, or I can upload a picture for you to make a better decision! I am SO sorry, I wouldn’t have done it if I had known.

@coolstyletique HI! Thanks for reaching out! Honestly becoming an ambassador is a bit underwhelming, you will gain followers but it’s not an instant thing. Your closet will pop up under ambassadors (which is where you’ll gain followers) and you will have brand new closets follow randomly as well. Congratulations, it’s a fun step in the selling journey :)

The halflinger black wool shoes I purchased on 10/14 were NOT as you described. The size was 40 not 41 as you indicated. Now I’m stuck with shoes that do not fit. Very disappointing.

@florachic I know I saw your message. I am SO SO SO SORRY! I agree, they were not as described and I would have accepted the return, unfortunately Poshmark allows only 3 days after delivery to request the return and it has been beyond that time. My only suggestion would be to repost them for sale, if you go to the listing where you purchased you should be able to “reposh” this will put all the photos and info you need in automatically (just make sure to change the size 🤦🏼♀️).
