They were brand new, tried on and were not worn. I think it's mean spirited to ignore the pictures posted for the exact condition of something.

@megs90291 I didn't ignore the pictures. I'm perfectly happy with the condition. They are not new as you described them. They have very obviously been worn or perhaps it was from them being stored.
