lnn09 Hey thank you for accepting my offer. For some reason it's coming back and saying there is an error with the promo code I had for being a new user. It automatically applied to my order when I made the offer and I can't delete it out, so it's saying there is a payment error and I can't confirm. I've emailed support so waiting to hear back. Any suggestions? I've never used this site, so maybe I'm missing something to fix it.

lnn09 The error code just says that they can't process the promo credit because my address matches with an existing account. Probably because it's a post office mail pick up address, so someone else probably has that same address. But either way, it won't just let me delete that $5 credit off my order,. Hopefully they can resolve it. I don't even care about the $5 coupon, I just want the bag lol.
