mcaraffa The item you purchased from me came with the tag still attached that clearly stated sterling silver. The item is not tarnished. It was purchased at a very reputable retailer and it came with the weathered look. You can go to the manufacturers website to see very similar items for sail. I strongly disagree with your 1 star rating
