beach_styles Good morning, I am so sorry about your little bag I checked all zippers before they leave and it was in perfect condition but I am truly sorry! If you decide to come back I can throw in one of those bags for free with your next large bundle!💛💛 If not and the case is approved you’ll have to return every item not just the bag that’s how the returns work unfortunately We know if we can work something out Would-love to make it right🤙🏼😀

caseyjwilson3 @beach_styles Just saw it. I love everything else. I’m pretty bummed because I loved the wallet! I just wish the zipper would have worked. I can’t just send the wallet back? That seems so silly to have to send it all back. Any suggestions to get this dang zipper to work because it’s totally broken and I planned on using this as a wallet. Or could you just send another wallet. I am usually not a complainer I would love to work this out so I don’t have to send everything back!

beach_styles @caseyjwilson3 Don’t worry we will figure this out together! I have had this happen to my own stuff a few times, if you take the zipper and jam it as hard as you can to the left it should restart the zipper so it should slide easily back-and-forth💛💛 You can give that a try sometimes it just needs to get restarted because it’s on the wrong tooth But don’t worry I’ll still honor what I said earlier and send you one for free with your next large bundle!!💛

caseyjwilson3 @beach_styles I tried that before I send in that it was broken. I also had my husband take a look at it because I really want this to work lol Can I send videos on Poshmark so I can show you? Late tonight I’ll look up and see if I could do anything else to fix it. Everything fits great! I love everything else so much. Thank you for all your help! 😊❤️

caseyjwilson3 @beach_styles I GOT IT TO WORK!! 🙌🏻 I went on YouTube and someone had a video on it. All I had to do was get pliers and close the zipper more. I did that a few times and I got it to finally close. It happens if the zipper is not tight enough and can’t close the bag. I’m glad people make YouTube videos about everything. 🤣 I should have looked at YouTube first so sorry!

I feel terrible and super embarrassed!
