rebeccasulli817 @caseyrkirby If you go into the case you can see my photos. In your listing, you show a bag with handles that are attached with gold rings and a luggage tag. You can see the bag I received has handles attached to the bag with stitching and a snap ring around the handle instead of a luggage tag. So, I’m not sure what happened, but someone sent me the wrong bag. I really want the one from the listing if you’ve got it!

caseyrkirby @rebeccasulli817 I definitely sent you the bag that was in the listing and it went to Poshmark and they authenticated it. Maybe they got a mix up but the bag sent to them for you was definitely the bag in the photo. I can’t see any photos because I can’t see the case as they are dealing directly with you? Can you upload them here

rebeccasulli817 @caseyrkirby Hi! I’m not sure why you can’t see the case, but they just emailed me (outside of the listing case) to say their authentication team sent me the wrong bag. I’ll ship the wrong bag back today and hopefully the person that got my bag will do the same. Regardless, their screwup, not yours!

caseyrkirby @rebeccasulli817 thanks the only update they ever gave me was you put a claim in they have never replied to my inquiry’s since. I have loved p0shmark but very disappointed in the service I am receiving over this and truly hope you get the beautiful bag you bought !

rebeccasulli817 Same--and the only reply I've gotten from the start was that email, totally outside of the ticket, which feels pretty sketchy. They're being very cloak and dagger about something that is 100% their fault.
