q_beauty If you are not happy about your purchase you are very welcome to return it,that’s why Poshmark gives 3 days to make a decision if your order happy about what you pay for , I think as a seller you should know that instead of giving other sellers 1 star as a rate

bravehearted143 @q_beauty I am new to Poshmark and its etiquettes. I could not find a way to message you at the time. I was disappointed about purchasing a bag that was not leather, when you Clearly stated it was real leather. Instead of telling me how I should respond to a dissatisfied purchase, I would think you would be a little more apologetic about posting incorrect description of an item.
