Hi Casey. half the sellers here give complimentary offers with an “optional” shipping discount for likers. You don’t have any obligation and people usually just let it time out and ignore it in their feed. Other responses can come across less than friendly to sellers. Declining is usually used only when you have used the offer button and started negotiating. If you don’t want an offer from me, don’t like items over $50. Just FYI since you are new.
