2ndwindthread @khorstm I altered it to 4... I wish it showed more detailed on it being damaged on the inside of both heels to the material underneath. When it said scuffs on heel, I pictured the back of the heel with the markings. Not the full extent of the damage inside. Other than that the boots are very pretty and packed well. I’ll have them repaired.
