heretoshopagain @soontobernbsn take it to any coach store and ask any manager. The coach badge on the inside of the bag does not always have a style number embossed. Bag was purchase at Premier Outlet in Rosemont IL at the men’s coach store. I have contacted American Express as well as Posh. I will let Posh management make a decision on this. Barbara

heretoshopagain @soontobernbsn here is another helpful hint: go to ebay and read Coach Authenticity Guides (serial number rules)- facts and Myths. This will help explain to you that not all bags have a serial number stamped in the badge.
