jenny_shinn I ordered a pair of heels and what was ordered was not what I received. I contacted you upon receiving a size 7 not a size 5 ordered and you didn’t even respond. Poor customer service! I am in a service industry so I never give bad reviews but not even an apology so I’m this case I feel people should know ahead of time about your service.
