cassieseidl I updated the card, but didn't see any mistakes/typo. if it doesn't work, I can try another card? very strange. I just used the card on file at the grocery store. sorry, not sure what is wrong

cassieseidl how frustrating!! I emailed them. Very odd that both working credit cards are not processing on your end. have you had other purchases during this same time complete just fine?

cassieseidl Support didn't help, they just deleted my payment setting and I re-entered my card. Hopefully it will work this time. Have you been able to collect payments from other people?
