bitsys_closetxx Hello Cassandra, words cannot describe how disappointed I am with the poor condition of the Tory Burch handbag and wallet that I purchased from you. I have initiated a return the wall it is dirty damaged on the corners there was money and crumbs inside of the handbag was even worse it was a rapper for some some thing along with crumbs in dirt and the chain is all discolored and worn and there’s damage on the bottom of the handbag. Very far from what was described.

csurianello @bitsys_closetxx hi! I am very sorry that you feel the item was not as described! Yes, there is some normal wear and tear however, the price more than reflects that! This was over a $450 value I sold for $165. The inside was cleaned out so I'm sorry if there was anything left behind that was my mistake if so but I'll let you know I clean and sanitize every item I send!
