bangm Hi Cassandra! I just wanted to reach out and see what happened with the boots you just received from me. I have been looking at my photos and description just saw it said NWT (which they weren’t, that was a newbie error but they were clean and the heels didn’t appear worn to me. Can you send me pictures of the problem areas? I can’t figure out the dog hair because we don’t have dog hair on anything in our house.
