boho_cali Hi, I'm bummed you felt the need to give me one star for your purchase. The shoes were brand new and in excellent condition as described and I even sent you a long and beautiful swath of fabric with the order to protect the shoes. If the shoes were not as described you could have opened a case and resolved the matter without potentially damaging my reputation as a seller.

boho_cali I would have been more than happy to pay for return shipping and a refund through Posh so you could return the pair that was listed incorrectly. I try very hard to be accurate in my descriptions but apparently I made a mistake. How come you accepted the shoes instead of opening up a case? I will try to reopen the case if you want to return both or the one pair of the shoes if you want. Please let me know what you would like to do. We are all protected with Posh.
