sueg33 Hi Cassandra! I have been tracking the earrings I shipped you and it says "out for delivery" on Thursday 10/12 but it doesn't show "delivered". I was just wondering if you received them by any chance... I haven't had this happen before. Thanks! Sue 😊

cassie3434 @sueg33, well just spoke to my mail carrier and he had no package for me. He told me to go to the post office Monday and speak with the postmaster about the whereabouts of the missing package.

sueg33 On hold w usps Cust svc now... they said the wait time could be 40 min - we'll see how long I can hang in there lol . I'll let you know what I find out!

sueg33 Ok- just hung up w usps and filed an investigation. Case# is CA135076434. It usu takes 2-3 business days and supervisor will contact me w resolution. I also emailed poshmark while I was on hold just in case they had any ideas or suggestions for us. I'll keep you posted. Have a great weekend!
