sugarandsnips96 @jennhowe my humblest apologies. I did not intend to do that because I understand what low ratings can do for business. I wanted to contact you to talk about the shoes but didn’t know how as I’m new to Poshmark but I definitely do not want to damage your ratings. The shoes are nice but the patent leather is scuffed in many places with black marks. Because I’m at a military address the shoes arrive to once address then are send here, so it would cost me too much to send them back ☹️
