lakeontariogirl Hi Cassandra. I was putting some leather conditioner on your new bag and went to wipe down the inside prior to packing it. I noticed the lining as come apart at the seam about 3”. I didn’t know but wanted you to be aware of it. I am so so sorry. What would you like to do? If you still would like it I can Issue a partial refund. Or we can cancel. I will do whatever your preference. And again, I am really sorry. Let me know.

I really don’t think you will notice the seam as I never did and it had to be that way when I carried it. But wanted you to know. I’m happy it’s going to someone who will really enjoy it. 🥰
