kellytalsma I'm sorry you thought the item was dirty. I don't see how as it was in the original packaging and had only been out to take a picture.. could you take a picture and show me. I pride myself on being very specific in description and was shocked by your feedback. Just wondering how a product could be "dirty" if it has never been out of the packaging.

cassmarie302 @kellytalsma It looked like foundation on the handle and cords of the blow dryer. It was pretty hard to get off so it may be something else but definitely to me looked like makeup of some sort. There are still some spots I was unable to get clean on the cords that you can see, when I get a chance I'd be happy to take a picture and send it to you. Maybe something accidentally spilled on them? Other than that they work good and I'm happy with them.

cassmarie302 @kellytalsma i just looked back at the post and you can see it a little i believe it was the first and second picture. Now that i look at it, it seems like maybe you tried it out after you did your makeup and just looks like foundation from off of your hands maybe?

cassmarie302 @kellytalsma Although in person there was much more of whatever this was all over the handle of the blow dryer and all over the cords that you can not see in the pictures. Other than that like i said its was not a big deal for me they work great and i am pleased with my purchase. I was asked to give an honest review and wanted you to be aware as well.
