ladyzfoy Good morning! Poshmark has responded and stated that you would like you to contact them as well about the adjustment for your purchase. Go to your purchase, scroll down, select "Problem / Order Inquiry", then select "Contact Support." From there just fill them in on the situation and that should get the ball rolling. I hope this helps.
