mccall04 I was putting the Chaco's in the mail and realized that there was letters of my daughters name still in the heel of the shoe that were ironed on for camp. I think with wear the rest will come out. I can send you a pic if you send me your email or I can text you a pic. If you don't want them, I can cancel your order. So sorry about this, let me know!! The shoes are still in really good shape though. If you still want them, I can sell them to you for $15 instead of $20. Let me know!!
