I can order another one ( confirm it’s the correct ring ), you can looking in my closet and pick out something else or I can just refund you’re money. If there is any shipping I will cover it. heathernb333 @cassi8872 Hi!! I got the toe ring, thank you!! It’s still not the right one though, because it isn’t adjustable like the picture showed/said. 😞😞 I know it’s a huge pain for you so maybe we’ll just leave it as is?

cassi8872 @heathernb333 It is Adjustable. It’s just closed all of the way. Look for the little gap and slowly pull it apart. I checked it before I shipped it. Try it again 😄

heathernb333 Cassi went above and beyond to rectify a situation. It was not a huge issue at all, the manufacturer had sent out a product that was slightly different than what was pictured. She kept me updated the whole time and promptly sent me the right product! Will definitely buy from her again and recommend her! 😊
